This is great, although my only concern is that the characters are not distinguishable in anyway which, for a creative recruitment site, I would’ve thought was ver important. But visually impressive.
I have been seen this since wow I can’t remember, is too conventional, you can see through the 60.000 if this was the purpose, but it doesn’t match really well with the concept.
quite effective showing how one person stands out in the crowd, but as someone else said, the person doesn’t appear any more creative than the other people. It doesn’t suggest designers should join the site either; it is only aimed at the employers. A bit plain but not too busy.

Really cool visual representation of the message. Love the colour and layout.
Fresh and punchy.
Simple graphics and repeating shapes are always powerful. Nicely done.
LOVE IT> gets the point across, visually interesting and stimulating. Good use of the logo colours. Beautiful.
This gets my vote, on message and clear, graphics relate to creativepool. Good job.
Direct and simple – gets the message across
