Very inspiring, I find the vibrancy of the colours very motivating. The subject gives the impression of “a step up” “the skys the limit” “a spring clean” of my career.

Day dreamers come and see this one, this is the most clear message of all the designs, and its creative, a girl in a cloud celebrating because she found the CP blog wow. The leaves that grow in clouds maybe thats the think that distract me a little.
I love this design. The girl makes it look as if energtic, young and arty people will be drawn to the site. Is she jumping for joy on cloud 9? The writing is short and sharp. The message is clear; give this site your CV and let the employer find you. The image is not too busy; it draws your eye to the centre and to the list of info.
thank you for the comments guys. It has given me a great insight into my designs. I wanted to create something uplifting, bright and straight to the point. I hope that i have achieved this. Also thank you to creativepool for choosing my design for the shortlist!
